Leasing Coordinator Specialist

Do you have experience in the commercial property management industry? Do you have experience reviewing, editing and abstracting, etc. a high volume of commercial leases on a weekly basis (~ 7-15/week)? Then I have the opportunity for you!

A property management company in Howard County is searching for a full-time, direct-hire (permanent) Leasing Coordinator Specialist to join their team. The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:



Responsibilities

- Support leasing and asset management function
- Coordination of workflow for lease administration

- Process 7-15 commercial leases/week (review, edit, abstract, etc.)
- Prepare documentation including proposals, correspondence and agreements
- Maintain status of broker information, tenant contact and leasing activity
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a timely and efficient leasing process
- Provide administrative support and coordination of activities for 6-8 Asset Managers and Leasing Representatives
- Capture information used for the preparation of LOI and proposals
- Calculate rent schedules and lease commissions
