Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and customers 
  • Answer and direct calls to correct individuals or take messages when necessary 
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Process and track invoices and packages that are sent out 
  • Electronic filing and create documents using MS Word
