Service Coordinator

Perform processes and procedures that can assist Technical Departments.  Act as a liaison between Customer Service and the Technical Departments. Oversees and Coordinates the activities for sublet suppliers and performs various clerical duties as directed Support for various Technical Department processes Creation of jobs for stock movement and modifications to be performed. Receive incoming product and identify receiving exceptions. Identify backorders, ETAs, update information required for backorders Processing and inspection of technical data including data Entry. (SER, SAP, Warranty Screens) Contact customer to provide information on status of job including but not limited to; estimates, hold jobs, exceptions, ETAs, and backorders. Perform order processing done in department. Understand the rules and requirements of that department. Research the history of previous repairs, orders, exchanges, invoices, and warranty information. Understand process/procedural requirements of manufacturers, manufacturer required inventory controls, contact manufacturers and provide reporting as needed. Understand billing requirements and identification of payment points and make corrections in the system Understand inventory movement, setup for component parts and AE float if applicable. Understanding Quality Requirements including work instructions and goal matrix. Learn and understand United Radio computer programs and websites, both UR and Manufacturer. Offer customer service to each customer including active listening, identifying needs and documenting customer information when needed. Perform various clerical duties such as data entry billing, warranty claims and gathering & distributing computer reports.
