Excel Data Entry

We are in need of a data-entry and Excel proficient employee to join our Human Resources team at our healthcare company located in Riviera Beach. We are a hop-skip off I-95 and so easy to get to from the highway. Our business is healthcare related and we are operating on a skeleton crew and abiding by social distancing and COVID-19 regulations to have a handful of HR personnel in our office at this time. This position is assisting our Health Safety Officer and the Human Resources team with daily data-entry into our Excel tracking system to monitor our 800+ contracted employees and their health screenings per COVID guidelines. You'll be inputting daily well-checks, temperature checks, employee COVID test results and confidential employee information. Discretion is going to be a MUST. Excel sorting and Pivot Tables is something that you'll use daily and this skill is a MUST HAVE for the role. We are looking for a "Guardian" type personality which is approachable, have great focus on work and attention to minor details. Thoughtful, steady, reliable and someone who likes structure. We also use a Predictive Index Assessment as well.  Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm $17.00 - $18.00/hour  


-Assisting Human Resources Department with daily data-entry of all recorded employee contractor health information as given to you by the Company Health Safety Officer

-Inputting employee information from work files, employee COVID test dates, results, screening, and keeping all information discreet and confidential

-Utilizing EXCEL to house all the employee health safety data and also run reports for HR within the Excel software

-You will need to know Excel Sorting functions, filtering, and Pivot Tables

-Excellent data-entry skills. Accurate, Fast, but thorough
