Part Time Customer Service Rep

Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? We have a local healthcare company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This 2-3 day a week position, approximately 15 hours a week, will allow you to utilize your customer service skills while maintaining a flexible schedule! 

Responsibilities

-Receive inbound phone calls from members regarding questions about benefits

-Resolve questions or escalate as needed

-Professionally ask about additional questions customers may have
