Established client seeking Account Manager that will be responsible for negotiating and/or renegotiating contracts, verify contract terms and services while providing excellent customer support, and handling all requests in a timely manner. Must able to perform and succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and possesses exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
·Retains existing customers by building customer loyalty and long-term relationships, including updating the company-customer relationship management system.
·Understands services and pricing structures.
·Responds to all cancellation requests in alignment with the established escalation policy.
·Reviews weekly activity, progress, and status of each relationship.
·Addresses customer service issues as needed.
·Participates in company-sponsored activities, trade shows, etc.
