This is a remote inbound CSR position requiring the use of personal equipment.
- Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations with accuracy as requested
- Answer calls from customers to address their needs and manage other issues with products or services
- Perform logistics troubleshooting and confirm resolution by approaching each call with a "one-call resolution" mindset
- Respond professionally and efficiently to customers, explain possible solutions, and ensure that customer's feel supported
- Utilize software, databases, and tools appropriately
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service
- Update customer record with specific details the call
- Attend training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Actively participate and engage in coaching and feedback opportunities in order to maximize individual performance and growth
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Customer Service (2 years of experience is required)
- Call Center Support (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Basic Software Skills (2 years of experience is required)
