HR Admin

position- Human Resources Specialist  location- Warminster, Pa 18974 hours: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM salary- $70-$80k yearly depending on experience Direct Hire role on site position  Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Human Resource partner and expert on company policies, procedures, benefits, on boarding, training, I-9's  and other employee programs
  • Support ongoing HR improvements efforts within the department and company-wide; identify and recommend areas for enhancement and improvement 
  • Work alongside operations managers on all aspects of people management and relations
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing employment; maintain current knowledge on labor market andrelevant state and federal laws
  •  Assist with benefits administration, leave administration, tracking and reporting 
  • Provide support with company recruiting and hiring activities; assist with onboarding and new hire orientation 
  • Assist with HRIS entry and maintenance; maintain employee files
  • Oversee the management of the company's on-site contingent labor; assist with contingent worker hiring, onboarding, separation and conversion to permanent employee 
  • Coordinate onboarding and safety classes for contingent workers 
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support 
  • Manage special projects as needed  
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years related HR Generalist experience
  • Mid level role
  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  •  Must have previous experience in a manufacturing / production / plant environment 
  • Possess organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Proficinet technical skills with the ability to master new systems quickly
  • The ability to work cooperatively and professionally with all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Previous experience working within a seasonal business helpful 
  • Ability to collaborate with departments across the organization
  • Must have experience working with and managing a large contingent labor program 
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment with changing priorities and deadlines
