A Government Agency in Central Phoenix is looking for a hard working, reliable and professional Inbound Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have experience in conflict resolution, human service and resolution of billing issues.
This is a long term temporary position lasting at least 6 months with potential to extend or convert to a permanent employee depending on performance. Pay: $14.45 per hour, 40 hours per week *Benefits available through Randstad during temporary period
- Day-to-day tasks and various research undertakings may multiply based on the unit's workload. The Specialist will assist in special projects to ensure that all information is reviewed and analyzed to develop the proper response to the project at hand and to ensure projects move forward as required.
- Current duties for this position are to speak to callers, calm them, listen to their complaints, inquiries or questions from across the state and enter the grievances per policy into the Resolution System.
