The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of purchasing experience preferably within the manufacturing or distribution industries.
- Creating & entering POs
- Analyzing data
- Reviewing & managing inventory to know what materials need to be purchased
- Working closely with vendors regarding status of POs and items being received
- Following up on POs to make sure that items are coming in at the correct time
- Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
