Must be reliable, computer savvy, attention to detail oriented and able to navigate multiple websites. Knowledge or experience with event planning or WealthBox a plus. Assistant to Fiancial CEO

Support 1-3 Advisors

Go over illustrations

Pull Morning Star reports

Scheduling

Manage inbound phone calls and outbound confirmation calls

Navigate client mangement software system

Navigate company website

Online research

Background in Event Planning is a bonus
