Receives inbound calls from customers and provides answers to questions
Updates call record. Data entry
Transfer calls to Tier II CSR's
Adjusts to changes in work schedules and adheres to shift requirements
Work in a variety of systems to perform required tasks.
Manage prioritized tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
