We are looking for a reliable Benefits administrator to manage all employee benefit programs in our company during our upcoming open enrollement; from leave of absence to retirement plans. Your work will be of utmost importance since the correct processing and distribution of benefits is vital for employee retention and satisfaction.
Provides support to the Benefits Team to prepare for, and conduct, Open Enrollment.
Addresses benefit inquiries to ensure timely and accurate resolutions with employees and vendors; includes assisting employees with plan enrollment and qualifying status changes.
Assists with processing vendor/carrier invoices by producing reports and tracking payments.
Counsels employees on plan provisions to assist individuals in making informed benefit enrollment decisions.
Administers online enrollments/changes, including entering and/or approving enrollment information in the HRIS; assists Payroll with retroactive payroll deductions as applicable
Coordinate with employees regarding continuation of benefits while on a leave of absence; process applicable premium contribution payments for these employees.
Assist with benefit plan communications to ensure employees understand the programs and to comply with regulations.
