This position will be responsible for all aspects of human resources work. This is a Generalists position that will have exposure to all areas of HR including payroll, benefits, compensation, training, recruitment, employee relations assistance, employee’s life cycle, and HR data management. This role is near SNA Airport. It's an opportunity with Benefits and Growth!
Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions
or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.
Assist hiring managers in full cycle of recruitment beginning with placing
and writing ads, analyzing outcomes, screening candidates, setting
interviews with required parties, making offers, running background
checks, making suggestions for the best recruitment efforts and outcomes.
Oversee the administration of all benefit plans from onboarding, qualifying
events, open enrollment assistance and reconciling invoices.
Develop job descriptions as needed and format into company’s template.
Manage all HR data in ADP Workforce database and appropriate folders.
Update biweekly payroll with all benefit and HR information from new hires,
terminations, salary increases, PTO, ethnicity, tax status verification, titles,
addresses, management change, title change etc.
