The Front Desk Assistant will act as the face of the company by welcoming and assisting all internal employees and visitors. This individual will be responsible for answering and directing all incoming calls, taking messages, scheduling and maintaining the office calendar, ordering supplies, receiving and distributing mail and coordinating vendors. Additionally, the Receptionist will help collect and apply payments, assist with invoicing, help plan events and distribute company-wide communication.
