Administrative/Account Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a company that is seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to take over management of one of their Client accounts. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a proven track record of success in the customer service industry. They are looking for a professional with a keen interest in furthering client interaction and developing the assigned accounts over the next several years. Evaluate book of business accounts and update any entries as necessary

  • Use company resources effectively to grow the business without adding too much expense to the bottom line
  • Set and achieve retention goals for assigned account
  • Follow up with clients who express concerns, complaints or issues
  • Generate and follow up on open items
  • Answers Phone calls on a two-line system and direct callers appropriately
  • Read and analyze incoming e-mails and process them accordingly
  • Conduct research and compile communication to the client
  • Review, research, and correct inventory discrepancies
  • Process incoming and outgoing Freight shipments
  • Prepare Bill of Lading, reports, e-mails, and other documents as needed by utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, database, or client software
