Customer Service Manager

You will play the key role working with and directing the customer service team with our current and ever-growing customer base.

As a Customer Service Manager you will be expected to work as a team to deliver an excellent Customer Service experience through fast and accurate processing of orders and acting like a liaison between our customers and our company.

We are looking for someone who brings a solid work ethic, previous retail store based experience in this or related industry, possesses great communications skills, and has good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities and Skills for the service team include:

Resolving customer order changes and issues via phone/email and communicating said changes/issues to the appropriate personnel/departments.

Able to learn and recall a diverse amount of product information relating to the decorative concrete industry.

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure/time constraints.

Able to combine current best practices with incoming ideas you will have after you become familiar.

Able to quickly change direction and focus as daily need demand it.

Computer skills including familiarity with Word and Excel.

Experience with website management including e commerce platforms such as Amazon and Ebay.

Able to lift and carry 75 lbs.

Experience with shipping logistics Experience with managment 4+ years  Hardware experience background required ( retail or non retail)



Responsibilities

Provide customer support via, phone calls, face to face, and email for pricing, inquiries, order placing and tracking information.

Processing distributor orders and handlholding with them as needed

Help with order management thru different sales platforms.

Help manage and maintain a stocked Showroom as well as facilitate inventory tracking and for the store.

Able to learn and recall a diverse amount of product information relating to the decorative concrete industry.

Experience with website management including e commerce platforms such as Amazon and Ebay.

Able to lift and carry 75 lbs.
