Available Admin Position in the Sanford area Immediately!  Our company is looking for our newest team member!  This person will need to have experience with shipping and logistics.  Some of the responsibilities our new teammate will be responsible for are the following:

1)      Order entry 2)      Customer Service 3)      Answering of phones 4)      Determining what shipping companies to use 5)      Creation of bill of ladings and labels for all shipments 6)      Labeling all shipments in warehouse

This is a full time position and has a pay rate of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. with available OT -  Start ASAP.

Candidate must have the following qualities –

• Process orders in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
• Determine the best and least expensive way to ship the orders.
• Generate all material to ship the product – bill of ladings etc.
• Finalize orders by emailing information to customers and marking
all orders as being shipped.
• Answer any phone calls and emails from your customers in a
polite and courteous manner
• Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
• Must have an excellent attendance/tardiness record.
• Must good attention to detail
• Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
and also be able to walk into the warehouse (not climate
controlled) for labeling duties (about 30 minutes).
• Knowledge and use of various selling platform preferred –
such as Amazon etc
experienced typing skills

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
