Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? We have a local Marietta company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will answer the majority of incoming calls, log them in the computerized service system and assign them to the appropriate technician for dispatch.
The Service Coordinator position is the first point of contact in the service department. This position will be fielding the majority of incoming service calls, logging them into the computerized service system, and assigning them to the appropriate technician for dispatch. Candidate will field status calls, quote inquiries, scheduled maintenance and service contract inquiries, and vended equipment inquiries. Additional duties include invoicing service tickets, preparing and filing maintenance contracts, preparing and submitting service quotations, and assisting with general customer inquiries. Position will report to the Service Manager and will assist with any additional tasks as time allows. May also assist other department managers as needed and when available. Ideal candidate will have an excpetional customer service background and will be able to quickly process calls in to the system for dispatch. With a 17,000+ customer database, attention to detail is a must.
