Randstad is seeking customer service reps for long term contract and contract to hire opportunities! This position will be fielding incoming calls from customers needing support to place purchase orders, troubleshoot account issues, and any other questions.
If you are a personable and dedicated customer support professional looking for a WORK FROM HOME opportunity, then this is the job for you! (This position will require 1 day of in-person Orientation onsite at Brooklyn Park, Minnesota corporate location)
This position will offer $16/hr, Sunday-Thursday 9:30am - 6:00pm, and equipment will be supplied along with paid training. This position will be contract starting October 12th and ending in January/February 2021
Manage incoming inquires from Customers about their online needs
Provide answers and solutions utilizing Company Tools
Provide excellent service through personable approach
Log data into company systems
