Hours can either be 1st shift (5:00am - 1:30pm OR 1:30pm - 10:00pm). Work will be performed on-site and is within a call-center environment.
Acting liaison between customers and technical support teams to resolve issues.
Create work orders on a ticketing system for the purpose of dispatching field technicians.
Monitor the Central Management System; identifying errors for dispatch to field technicians or internal groups.
Respond to requests from the field technicians and referred issues from external and internal sources via voice, text and email.
