We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, has great computer skills, and has exemplary time management and compliance skills.
30% - Participating in hiring process by ensuring branch compliance in processing applications, completing references checks, coordinating external drug testing efforts, completing weekly audits of paperwork, I9, Fed/State Docs, and tracking talent background checks
50% - Increasing talent engagement by frequent and intentional verbal and written communication, guiding talent through the onboarding process, and creating excitement for their assignment start date
10% - Exceeding client and talent expectations by following Randstad’s Operational Standards and acting as the branch ambassador and partnering with Delivery team to continually improve processes and performance
5% - Maintaining talent records in applicable Randstad front office systems as well as electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
5% - Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Operations Manager
