--Inbound calls from customers w/ home equity account (LOC, line of credit, tied to their home)
--Select outbound calls needed for follow up
--Taking calls, helping them to make payments, ordering documentation, problem resolution, etc (i don’t understand how my interest was calculated, don’t understand fees on my statement, need a payoff, looking to refi, etc)
--Average call is about 8 mins long
