Our client located in Daytona Beach, FL is looking for a strong Administrative Assistant to join their growing property management team. This client privatly owns 150+ commerical and residential properties throughout Volusia County. This is a fast paced office and job duties can change daily. We are looking for someone sharp and self efficient.
- Works closely with the Manager to learn all aspects of management, including leasing, administrative, reporting, and financial functions.
- Assit with processing payments.
- Assist with processing paperwork.
- Follow up on all sales leads.
- Asssit with setting up and processing maintance requests for properties.
- Showing of property as needed.
- Other administrative duties as needed/requested by the manager.
