Cash Applications Specialist

Do you have good organization skills and can work well under pressure with financials? Do you have an array of administrative support knowledge.  We are actively recruiting for a person with accounts receivables and administrative assistant experience.  Bring your stellar accounting experience to this corporate office and make an impact immediately.  

Responsibilities

  • Apply payments to accounts (ACH and checks)
  • Contact customers for payment or work out payment arrangements
  • Apply credits to accounts
  • Assist with monthly cash reconciliations
  • Send accounts receivable statements to customers upon request
  • Follow up on customer references and assist with customer account setup
  • Key card access administration
  • Office supplies procurement and administration
  • Assist with customer sales order entry
  • Provide back-up and support to other team members as needed


The essential functions of this role include:
  • working in a smoke free environment
Skills
  • Accounts Receivable (3 years of experience is required)
  • Accounts Payable (3 years of experience is required)
  • Administrative Duties (2 years of experience is required)
Education
  • High School (required)
Qualifications
  • Years of experience: 3 years

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 AM
