Bookkeeper

New Castle, DE- Small international company has a direct hire opening for a Bookkeeper that can also handle some office management functions.

Seeking someone that has bookkeeping experience, as well as worked in SAP or a similar ERP program (i.e. Netsuite, Oracle).  Strong analytical and problem solving skills, time management, and ability to operate independently and "self manage" projects.

Responsibilities

 

  • Purchase supplies and equipment
  • Accounts payables
  • Accounts receivables
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Financial quarterly closing
  • Processing payroll
  • Bank deposits and record cash receipts
  • Invoicing customers
  • Collect sales taxes from customers
  • Put together reports for external auditors
  • Calculate and issue financial analysis
  • Handle HR requests in regards to benefits administration
  • Pay supplier invoices
Skills

  • SAP (2 years of experience is required)
