Administrative assistant

Job Overview: The Parts Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Part Sales Department. This position primarily focuses on the daily operations that are essential to the functionality of the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Generates, analyzes, and distributes departmental reports  Completes data entry in order to maintain various spreadsheets  Maintains machine population and sales potential data  Assists with creation orders in Smart Equip  Partners with manager to ensure a rapport with customers  Assists with covering front desk if needed Skills:  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  Ability to interpret and understand data   communication skills Education and Experience: Associate’s Degree from a two-year college or university, or six months to one year related experience with similar types of duties performed; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk; stand; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is frequently required to use hands and finger dexterity to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
