Customer Service Representative

Does the idea of an open, challenging and collaborative environment put a smile on your face? A major health insurance company is looking for customer service representatives to join their team during their enrollment period. The Customer Representative will take inbound calls and respond to inquiries. This position will start out remote and then transition into to the office. Must reside within a 50 mile radius to Nashville, TN   

Responsibilities

  • Creative problem solving, critical thinking skills with good communication skills
  • Ability to respond to inquiries regarding benefits, billing, claims, eligibility coverage and other related information and provide solutions for customers and health care professionals
