Marketing Support Representative

position:Sales Support/Marketing position hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm temp-hire pay: $17-$18/hr remote position Job details:
  • Creating and issuing Marketing proposals.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Publisher and Excel.
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • In collaboration with Support and Training team members, provide go-live support.
  • Work according to timelines and expectations designated by client and effectively
  • address delays or complications.
  • Perform all other duties as required.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience
  • 1+ years of Publisher knowledge highly preferred. Willing to train as required so the
  • Successful candidate achieves UGP’s job performance and customer service standards.
  • Must be proficient in various office software packages such as Microsoft Publisher and Excel.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with brokers, clients, other third parties and all internal and external UGP employees at all levels.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with attention to detail and completion timeliness.
  • Ability to successfully balance multiple priorities, assignments, tasks and projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to assume sole and independent responsibility completing various duties assignments, tasks and projects.
  • Continuous ability to provide a very high level of service to all UGP brokers, clients and our outside/inside sales teams on a national basis.
  • Associate's degree preferred in  accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
  • Must be good on the computer, and navigating through different systems
