Customer Service Admin

A client in the Windsor, CT area is looking for a Customer Service Specialist that has extensive ERP experience within a Manufacturing company. If you are a self-motivated, high-energy, and organized professional who is eager to join a company and team committed to your ongoing success, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities

  • Field communications from customers and maintain a phone line and email inbox with incoming claims
  • Provide prompt responses to customers and partners to maintain an industry regarded customer service experience
  • Negotiate warranty claim resolutions to satisfy customer and business needs
  • Process orders within Infor BaaN (ERP system)
  • Coordinate work activity with various locations to process all orders. Transfer requests to colleagues as needed.
  • Interface with Sales Managers, Factory Personnel, and other departments
  • Ship parts from on site warehouse
