A client in the Windsor, CT area is looking for a Customer Service Specialist that has extensive ERP experience within a Manufacturing company. - Field communications from customers and maintain a phone line and email inbox with incoming claims
- Provide prompt responses to customers and partners to maintain an industry regarded customer service experience
- Negotiate warranty claim resolutions to satisfy customer and business needs
- Process orders within Infor BaaN (ERP system)
- Coordinate work activity with various locations to process all orders. Transfer requests to colleagues as needed.
- Interface with Sales Managers, Factory Personnel, and other departments
- Ship parts from on site warehouse
