EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Are you a planning, communication, and customer service expert? We are looking for a polished and professional Executive Administrative Assistant for our client in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate has 4 years experience assisting C-Level Executives with meetings, agendas, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment.  

Responsibilities

Oversees the daily administrative activities for the President's Executive Office including organizing and scheduling conference calls, meetings, events, coordinating travel, tracking expenses, and performing an array of special projects.

Functions as the gatekeeper, understanding the requirements of the senior leadership, in order to prioritize issues according to urgency and to allocate time for scheduled events, travel and meetings.

Assists key executives in making consistent decisions by advising them of procedures and serving as a liaison between them and the President

Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff, internal stakeholders, and external individuals, including faculty, the Board of Regents, Chancellors and other campus leadership, as well as Office of the President leadership
