We have an opening for a direct hire customer service representative because this organization is growing and adding to its team! This organization is a premier full-service, equipment supplier. In this position you will be working directly with sales reps, processing complex orders, tracing and tracking where product is in development and communicating updates, issue PO's and get information ready for service departments. - Process incoming requests from sales reps
- Enter and manage sales orders in company’s ERP system
- Coordinate delivery dates with operations and communicate as necessary
