Support recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates for entry level roles, posting job ads, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Handle weekly payroll process and track pay changes
Audit employee files to ensure proper documents are included
Prepare documentation and submit changes for a variety of different personnel actions (promotions, terminations, leave of absence, etc.)
Assist with employee onboarding, including necessary paperwork and new employee follow-up
Track attendance and monitor call-offs on a daily basis, issuing disciplinary slips as needed
Provide information to employees concerning benefits and company policies, including Community Involvement and Wellness initiatives
