Medical Office Receptionist

Are you a friendly and motivated individual who loves working in a fast paced environment? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully multi-task the day to day responsibilities of a Medical Office Receptionist. We are looking for someone who has medical office experience and is comfortable on the phone, has great computer skills, and has exemplary customer service skills.


Medical staff member who is proficient in front and back office. Employee must have great customer service skills, know how to answer the phone properly. Front office duties include; scheduling patients, taking payments, answering phones, scanning information, very detail oriented and assisting the Office Manager. Back office duties include: rooming/questioning patients and setting them up for  treatment, assisting the Acupuncturists, and over turning rooms. Must know and follow HIPAA violations. Be available to work weekdays as well as Saturdays 8am-1pm.
