Randstad is partnering with a highly respected and valued client in Brooklyn Park to find friendly Customer Service Representatives. These roles will be work from home, with equipment provided by our client. This position is will go until the end of the year, with possibility for extension until the holiday peak season is over. Our client is a large, iconic and innovative retailer. In this role, you will be assisting customers with issues they are having with their orders. The ideal candidate has great technical skills, is a clear and effective communicator, and can problem solve efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service!
Location: Work From Home Pay: $15-$16/hr Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Days: Sunday-Thursday
***Must be able to work Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve***
- Receiving inbound calls and chats from customers
- Resolve issues with customer orders
- Using available resources to problem solve
- Providing excellent customer service to customers
