A major financial company is looking for customer service representatives to join the Customer Care team. The Customer Care Support Specialist will take inbound and make outbound calls for a variety of clients looking for proxy decisions around specific informtation. Pleasant environment for people ready to put their call center experience back to work. One month temporary role that will start in Braintree office for couple days and then be remote for rest of short term project.
Proxy calling to get decisions from stockholders to their decision.
Call center experience is ideal.
Good communication and computer skills are required.
Also, background and drug screen needed too.
1 month temporary role and training done in Braintree.
Job will be remote after 2 day training complete.
