Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? We have a local company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will be recieving inbound calls and following up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information. You will be responsible for entering the data collected into the systems for documentation.
Responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls and responding to emails. Other responsiblitities include resolving customer complaints, making outbound calls to customers, and providing product knowledge. Most be profienct in Microsoft Office Suite and be able to enter data.
