Are you looking for a new opportunity? Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Two or more years of experience working in a financial services environment. Basic knowledge of legal system and Federal regulations relating to fraudulent checks and placement of hold (Reg. CC, Reg. E, UCC’s, EFT, Criminal system, litigation). Personal computer experience to include Microsoft Office products. Preferred but not required: Previous fraud experience in banking.
Provide fraud, loss prevention and investigative support on all illegal or inappropriate activities, internal or external, committed against the company and/or its members.
Assist Fraud Manager and Investigators on cases of fraud, illegal or inappropriate activities that could result in losses or claims against the company, as well as the recovery of losses due to fraud, illegal or inappropriate activities.
Act as a liaison to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies regarding issues pertaining to fraud, illegal or inappropriate activities, handle the exchange of information (including terroristic information), represent the company at various court appearances.
Communicate in a professional manner with members, merchants, financial institutions and other personnel on matters pertaining to fraud.
