If you are interested in a new role helping a corporate organization with Data Entry Support in a contract assignment, please apply to this position. This role is both a mix of a first and second shift. The hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM on every other day of the week. A Data Entry test will need to be completed to move forward in the application process.
Verifies Start and Stop times in the PATS system for each associate each day. Reviews each associates' activity to identify and correct issues with data interfaced from SCAN. Keys in Indirect time from Logs. Ensures Indirect time appears to be accurate and does not compromise the data integrity of other assignments.
Downloads Production data collected through handheld non-RF/non-SCAN devices. Analyzes raw data to ensure correct order of scans/missing scans and corrects as necessary. Generates all necessary reports and creates assignments in PATS. Stores all raw data appropriately to meet data retention requirements.
Keys in Exception and Adjustment Logs. Ensures that all Logs are turned in for each Associate each day, and reports any issues to area supervisors. Monitors that all Logs returned to the Supervisor for correction are turned back in to the office in a timely manner in order to ensure that Incentive Pay deadlines are met.
