Large financial institution in the San Diego area is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work in a fast paced environment with a large team! This individual will be responsible for answering 50+ calls per day regarding disputes, credit applications, entering a high volume of data entry, processing information from customer applications and calling to follow up with customers to obtain necessary additional information for verification when necessary.
The Customer Service Representative will be required to answer calls and questions related to customer disputes and handling frustrated callers in order to resolve issues and handle disputes. This positions is required to verify, proofread and research necessary information to process customer applications. This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working off of 2 computer screens and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will follow up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information. Temp to hire opportunity offering stability, Monday - Friday schedule, full time, 8am - 5pm.
