We are looking to hire an Employee Relations associate on a contract to hire basis. This is a remote job with occasional travel to Manhattan locations on a case by case basis. Experience with employee relations within the food/ beverage industry and fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
-Collect and analyze employee data
-Conduct investigations on open cases
-Visit sites to conduct investigations if needed
-Organize and update employee files on cases
-Resolve problems or disputes between employee/ management
