Customer Service/Care Rep

Are you a customer service/admin professional with availability for a 2-3 temporary assignment? We have a non-profit client in Atlanta that is looking for someone with 3-5 years experience working in a diverse community setting. Must have basic computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, DocuSign knowledge is a plus. Direct client service, help desk, customer service experience preferred. Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing. Responsibilities

Performs intake procedures to determine client eligibility for direct assistance provided by Family Stabilization
program

Retrieves client requests from email and phone for processing; Provides information and referral for callers 

Initiates and documents client referrals to other community/public agencies and programs as directed by supervisor

Responds to public inquiries about direct assistance, application procedures and eligibility requirements for federal, state or county direct assistance programs

Follows up with clients about documentation needed to complete direct assistance application 

Communications with clients and the public about status of an application

Maintains accurate, updated records and files. Submits reports and client files to supervisor as required

Meets with immediate supervisor on a regular and consistent basis. Remain open to the feedback of peers and administrative staff. Respond to problem areas in a timely and productive manner
