This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working off of multipule computer screens and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will be handling calls to find additional information on a vehicle that the owner is deceased. Working the accounts means that you will be working with estate letters and following up on notes that are in the system.
This is the Beneficiary Support team within the company.
This is a call center environment and will be handling 20-25 calls/day and also working accounts simultaneously.
The calls you are handling are trying to find out what is going on with a vehicle that the owner is deceased.

Measured by AHT (Average Handle Time) and by call quality.
AHT - goal of 10-16 minutes
