Office Coordintor

Our client, in Nashua, NH, has an immediate opening for Inventory Control Clerk. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience, will be detail oriented and have excellent problem solving skills. Role: Inventory Control Clerk Type: Temp (6+ weeks) Opportunity to go perm for right candidate Pay: $19-$23/hour Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Premise of Position: The primary objective of the Inventory Control Clerk will be the coordinating of incoming and outgoing orders, managing inventory and consulting with appropriate team members as to concerns related to inventory control. Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with appropriate parties regarding orders and inventory
  • Process physical inventory and transload orders as submitted by sales team
  • Prepare reload releases and truck dispatches for credit approval
  • Prepare orders for invoicing and billing
  • Reconcile the inventory detail to the inventory count monthly
  • Draft debit/credit memos as needed to reconcile customer or reload account
  • Post interest, storages and write adjustments as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent math skills and able to calculate quickly
  • Must have good problem solving skills and be detail oriented
  • Requires excellent communication skills
  • Prior inventory experience preferred
  • Prior experience with work orders and bills of laden
  • Must have excellent communication skills
