Our client strongly believes in responsible lending principles. The Home Equity team is responsible for identifying, reviewing, communicating and executing tasks related to borrowing.  TYPE: Temp to Hire SHIFT: must be willing to work between the hours of 6:00am-4:00pm SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday PAY: $15.00 (raise upon conversion!)


  • Answer calls from banks, lenders, title companies, mortgage companies, or directly from borrower
  • Intake documents requested
  • Data entry
  • Handle processing for subordination requests for Home Equity team
  • Review docs that support a borrower's equity line to stay in second lien position 
  • Provide updates on status, documents pending, etc.
