ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Poway office. The company offers a fun work environment and a variety of responsibilities within this role.-  The client's business is growing so they need to add support to their team. Looking for an admin assistant that has a nice demeanor with clients and staff. Someone who does really well on the phone and can handle client questions, quick thinking. Will be giving them a project or to-do's and the admin is expected to be able to work independently.



Responsibilities

Our Administrative Assistant must be process-oriented, detail-oriented, have strong problem solving and analytical skills, and have the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, vendors, and management. Must work well in timeline driven environment, with superior organizational, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is reliable and punctual and can work with minimal supervision.

*MS Office/Intermediate Excel
*Administrative and Organizational Skills
*Accurate Typing of 35wpm+
*1 year min. of administrative experience

*BA Degree REQUIRED.
