We are currently working with a company that specializes in traditional withness signings for every type of real estate transaction in every state, except those states that consider witness signings a practice of law. They are in need of 4 Office Clerks who are self starting multitaskers. Candidates who possess a team player attitude as well as displays excellent phone skills are the best candidates for this role. The shift times are 9 am - 5 pm and 1 pm - 9 pm. This position will be in the office space in which Covid Guidelines are practiced. * Answer calls and transfer clients to the appropriate department.
* Answer emails and filter them through to the right contact. (Inbox management)
* Speaking to vendors and clients on the phone directing calls to the correct departments.
