Call Center Rep

A well-established local waste management provider in Pacheco, CA is currently seeking dynamic, motivated and confident Customer Service Representatives to work in their busy call center environment. If you are looking for a great team environment with the opportunity to develop on your existing customer service skills we would love to hear from you. Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm; $18 / Hour. Responsibilities include:

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls regarding clients and customers' waste management accounts.
  • Schedule pickup times for trash, recyclables and organics carts.
  • Assist customers with general account management, including processing payments and answering billing-related questions.
  • Listen, understand and respond to customer requests, questions and complaints in a calm and polite manner
  • Accurately input notes, customer information, and other data into Customer Management system(s)
  • Conduct customer service follow-up calls to ensure customers' satisfaction with service level agreements.
  • Assist new customers in the enrollment process, explaining service level offerings.
