The Customer Service Representatives will take inbound calls for a variety of medicare situations. You will be working from home and they will be offering the equipment (must have internet and ethernet cable at home)!
-Taking calls to answer questions for medicare.
-Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about medicare.
-Keep records of customer interactions.
-Resolve customers questions.
-Work from home. (Will need to pick equipment from location in Miramar, Florida)
