Do you have excellent time management skills with a customer service attitude? Randstad has partnered with a CPA firm in the Birmingham area to hire a Receptionist for this upcoming tax season. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all of the company's clients. You will welcome and greet clients as well as answer all incoming calls. This position will last the entire tax season (until April 2021).
- Greet, welcome and direct clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Sort mail, file papers, make additional copies on an as needed basis
